LEGENDS ARE BORN
F-Zero X: Legends is a custom track pack modification created by Shreyan and Remix Rave for F-Zero X. The F-Zero 'Legends Championship' takes place five years following the incredibly successful 'X Cup'. In order to attract more new sponsors and investors, the F-Zero Committee commissioned the creation of 24 new thrilling F-Zero tracks!

All 24 of the Legend series tracks have been created and refined meticulously to provide a refreshing and accessible experience for both F-Zero veterans and new players alike. Tracks have been designed to be unique, memorable and to have good flow.
Difficulty has been calibrated to be above that of the stock game whilst still keeping CPU players alive - It is recommended that veteran players start with expert difficulty and expect to come in 1-10th position. Please note that advanced techniques are not required to complete any of these tracks, or to obtain first position in standard and below difficulties.​​

Instructions on how to patch tracks using Lunar IPS Patcher (LIPS) can be found within the installation guide. Due to legal reasons, we cannot provide a stock F-Zero X ROM file.

The track pack has been split into two halves - Side A & Side B, due to ROM size limitations. You may download Lunar IPS Patcher and the Track IPS Patch files here.

The raw FZEP files have also been included for use with F-Zero Execution Project for Windows. Please feel free to use this to manually patch files if the LIPS method fails.
